Cancellation policy
All new subscriptions must remain active for two weeks, and then you can cancel any time. Most subscribers love the meals and stay in the club for months - or years! But you are not obligated to continue past the initial two weeks.
After the initial two weeks, you can also skip a week or two of payments at any time if you'd like to keep your spot but want to take a short break. We ask that this only be done a few times per year, as you are holding a subscriber spot but not using it. You will have your own customer portal where you can make adjustments (like skipping a week) on your own, but please contact us directly if you want to request skipping more than three weeks at once. We will do our best to accommodate you, depending on the length of your request and current demand for your spot. We are often at, or near capacity, and have folks lined up who want to join. You can always cancel, you just run the risk of losing your spot if you want to return in the future and we don't have any open spots available at that time.
All recurring subscription payments are processed on Mondays, with the exception of the initial purchase - that is processed on the day the order is placed. The meals are prepared for pick-up or delivery on the following Sunday. If you intend to cancel or skip a week, please ensure you do so before your automatic payment has come out. Refunds can be issued, but a 3% fee will be deducted to cover the credit processing fees.
We reserve the right to make changes to policies and pricing, and will always notify subscribers before any changes take effect. Subscribers will also be contacted if the Vegan Meal Club meals will be temporarily unavailable for any reason, such as holiday closures or unexpected weather events. Subscribers will never be charged for meals they do no receive due to temporary closures. In these cases payment will be skipped, or a refund or credit will be issued if a payment has already been processed.
